Design and deliver backend capabilities from specifications to production rollout/rollback, ensuring high-risk experiments are executed effectively.
Build resilient, scalable, and cost-efficient systems adapted to high-risk experimentation, diagnosing and fixing complex production issues.
Strengthen team-level best practices and reusable patterns, contributing to documentation, RFCs, and internal usability of squad-owned systems.
