About The Role

Join Descript, a fast-growing company in the creator tools and media industry. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining how we bring our products to market, enabling our sales team, and turning product innovation into revenue. You will own the ongoing narrative for Enterprise, build messaging, sales enablement, competitive strategy, and the systems that help our go-to-market teams win. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, RevOps, Customer Success, and Support to shape how customers discover, evaluate, and buy Descript.

Highly cross-functional, with experience working across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
4–6 years of B2B SaaS Product Marketing experience with ownership of Enterprise GTM
Excellent writer with strong strategic thinking and communication skills
Experience with APIs or technical products
Pricing and packaging experience
AI-native workflows and a passion for using AI to work more effectively
Experience in creator tools, media, or PLG companies expanding into Enterprise
