About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in preparing Offering Memorandums (OMs) , managing social media platforms , and handling professional correspondence . This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offering Memorandums (OMs)
  • Draft, design, and edit professional OMs for property listings and investment opportunities.
  • Coordinate with brokers, analysts, and designers to ensure accuracy and presentation quality.
  • Maintain templates and update property data for marketing materials.
  • Social Media Management
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to promote listings, company updates, and brand awareness.
  • Create engaging content (posts, graphics, videos) tailored to platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
  • Monitor analytics and engagement to optimize campaigns.
  • Email & Communication Support
  • Manage executive inboxes, draft responses, and prioritize communications.
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and follow up on client inquiries.
  • Ensure timely and professional correspondence with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Administrative & Operational Support
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and transaction coordination.
  • Support marketing campaigns and property tours.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in real estate or professional services.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate marketing materials , especially OMs.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with real estate terminology and transaction processes.
  • Experience in digital marketing and analytics.
  • Graphic design or copywriting background is a plus.
