• Deliver dependable and accurate output by executing tasks with precision, maintaining data accuracy, meeting SLAs, and contributing to reliable operations and stable team performance.
• Follow established processes and SOPs consistently , ensuring repeatable, error-free results while focusing on accuracy, timeliness, and process adherence.
• Communicate effectively across teams by sharing progress and blockers proactively, escalating concerns when needed, and seeking clarification to ensure alignment and understanding.
• Provide excellent service to cross-functional partners through responsiveness, professionalism, and an understanding of how individual tasks impact the broader workflow and customer experience.
• Build expertise as a steady executor by developing proficiency in systems and workflows, strengthening decision-making, and continuously improving reliability, speed, and quality of execution.

What experiences will help you in this role

• Bachelor’s degree in business related field or relevant work experience
• Strong Excel skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong Problem Solving & Analytical Skills; S trong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done.
• Comfort with ambiguity (ability to operate in processes that are still being defined).
• Flexibility to handle high growth, constantly changing business environments.
