Bid Proposal Analyst (Cubao, QC)

Work Setup: Onsite (Cubao, QC)

Core Purpose

• End‑to‑end management of Request for Proposal (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQs), and bid desk requests

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of Request for Proposal (RFP) / Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) experience
• High‑volume bid handling
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (daily interaction with Sales and partner teams).
• Excellent prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple time-sensitive requests simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFP & DDQ completion
• Coordinate cross‑functional inputs
• Track bid status & SLAs
• Create and maintain proposal templates, standard content library, pricing calculators, and compliance checklists
• Coordinate cross-functional contributors (sales, legal, finance, product, delivery) to collect inputs and approvals on technical, commercial, and legal sections
