About The Role

We are hiring for a Customer Service Representative to join a growing Logistics Account in McKinley, BGC Taguig, responsible for assisting customers with shipment-related inquiries, tracking deliveries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle concerns efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats related to logistics services
  • Provide shipment tracking updates and delivery status information
  • Address customer concerns, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, dispatch, warehouse) to resolve issues
  • Process orders, update records, and maintain accurate customer information
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and courteous service
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary
  • At least a high school graduate
  • Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience
  • Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
  • Amenable to work fully on-site in BGC Taguig
  • Amenable to work on graveyard shift and shifting schedule
  • Can start ASAP
