Knowledge Manager, AI & Agentforce

The Knowledge Manager, AI & Agentforce, is responsible for building, governing, and continuously improving the Salesforce knowledge base that powers IHG's AI agent platform. This role serves as the central owner of knowledge quality across operations teams, ensuring content is accurate, well-structured, and aligned to business processes. Working closely with functional leaders, subject matter experts, and technology teams, the Knowledge Manager drives knowledge governance, content lifecycle management, and continuous improvement initiatives that enable scalable AI-powered support experiences across IHG Operations.
