Product Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Product Sourcing Specialist to manage and expand our two-step dropshipping operations on Walmart.com. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing items with next-day delivery and favorable return policies, utilizing their expertise to streamline operations and contribute to our business growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product sourcing for two-step dropshipping, ensuring high-quality products with efficient delivery times.
• Demonstrate proficiency in finding items with excellent return policies.
• Develop and present strategies for identifying new suppliers during the interview process.
• Lead and manage a team of employees, with the ability to hire and train new members to expand product listings.
• Utilize tech-savvy methods and software to enhance product sourcing efficiency.
• Implement Buybox strategies and leverage relevant software tools to optimize listings and sales performance.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Walmart's marketplace and other related platforms.

• Proven experience in product sourcing for two-step dropshipping (must provide history of previous successes during the interview).
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills to manage and grow a team.
• Respectful, loyal, and committed to maintaining high ethical standards.
• Strong familiarity with Google Sheets and other relevant tools.
• Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of software and e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of Buybox strategies and experience with related software is a plus.
• Familiarity with Walmart's marketplace and other marketplaces is highly desirable.
