Pharmacy Technician - Retail Pharmacy (PrimeRx Experience Required)

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician with a background in U.S. retail pharmacy operations . The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using PrimeRx , managing prescription data entry, processing automatic refills, and communicating professionally with patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter prescriptions accurately into the PrimeRx system.
• Process and manage automatic refill requests for patients.
• Communicate with patients regarding prescription status, refills, and basic inquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient records and prescription information.
• Assist with pharmacy administrative tasks and workflow coordination.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy procedures and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician or Virtual Assistant in a U.S. retail pharmacy .
• Hands-on experience using PrimeRx pharmacy software .
• Strong understanding of retail pharmacy workflows and prescription processing.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in prescription data entry.
