MEP Drafter (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MEP Drafter to assist in creating MEP shop drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP . This role requires attention to detail, strong technical drafting abilities, and an understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and detailed MEP shop drawings based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure designs meet industry standards and specifications .
• Utilize AutoCAD and Revit MEP for drafting and design tasks.
• Interpret architectural and engineering plans to integrate MEP systems effectively.
• Review drawings to ensure compliance with local building codes and project requirements .
• Adjust and revise drafts based on client feedback and project updates .
• Maintain organized documentation and version control for all drawings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP (essential).
• Experience in MEP drafting (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
• Understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards .
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings .
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills .
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients .
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
