About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Advertising Specialist with proven expertise in managing and optimizing product listings and PPC campaigns on Walmart Marketplace and Target Plus . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating new listings from scratch, driving visibility through advertising, and scaling sales through strategic marketplace management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Management
  • Create, optimize, and maintain product listings on Walmart Marketplace and Target Plus.
  • Ensure listings meet platform requirements and are fully optimized for search, conversion, and compliance.
  • Advertising & PPC Campaigns
  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on Walmart and Target platforms.
  • Monitor ad performance, adjust bids, and implement strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Performance Analysis
  • Track KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, ACOS, and ROAS.
  • Provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align marketplace strategies with overall business goals.
  • Stay updated on marketplace trends, policies, and algorithm changes.

✅ Qualifications

  • Required Experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Walmart Marketplace and Target Plus.
  • Proven track record in PPC advertising on both platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to create new listings from scratch on Walmart Marketplace.
  • Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of marketplace advertising tools and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in keyword research, bid management, and campaign optimization.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or marketplace-specific dashboards).
  • Soft Skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Preferred
  • Experience with other marketplaces (Amazon, Target) is a plus.
  • Background in e-commerce strategy and digital marketing.
