About The Role

RemoteVA PH is hiring a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to provide remote support and technical troubleshooting across various platforms, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and RMM tools. This role requires a solid understanding of cloud platforms, scripting, and IT ticketing systems. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • -Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants
  • -Troubleshoot issues in QuickBooks Desktop and Online environments
  • -Use NinjaRMM and ticketing tools (e.g., Gam Ninja) to monitor and resolve incidents
  • -Create and maintain IT scripts for automation and task optimization
  • -Respond to, track, and resolve IT support tickets within defined SLAs
  • -Communicate effectively via Microsoft Teams and maintain high service standards
  • -Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and common issues for the knowledge base

Requirements

Qualifications

  • -Minimum 2 years of IT support experience
  • -Proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft and Google Workspace issues
  • -Hands-on experience with RMM and ticketing systems
  • -Basic to intermediate scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or others)
  • -Familiarity with accounting software, especially QuickBooks
  • -Strong communication and remote collaboration skills
  • -Ability to work night shifts and manage tasks independently

Benefits

  • Salary: USD 700โ€“750/month
  • Work Setup: Work from Home
  • Schedule: Full-Time | 9:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM EST (9:00 PM โ€“ 5:00 AM PH Time)
