About The Role

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Level 3 IT Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support and infrastructure management in a remote environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in remote monitoring and management (RMM), endpoint security, system backups, and end-user desktop support .

This role requires troubleshooting complex technical issues, maintaining system reliability, and supporting users across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 3 technical support for desktops, laptops, and user environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced IT issues escalated from lower support levels.
  • Manage and monitor systems using ConnectWise RMM .
  • Utilize Autotask PSA for ticket management, documentation, and workflow tracking.
  • Perform system monitoring, patch management, and proactive maintenance through RMM tools.
  • Manage and verify data backups and disaster recovery processes .
  • Detect, investigate, and resolve virus/malware/security threats .
  • Provide remote end-user support including software installations, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Ensure IT systems meet security and performance standards .

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer / Systems Administrator (Level 3 or equivalent) .
  • Strong experience with:
  • ConnectWise RMM
  • Autotask PSA
  • Remote troubleshooting and endpoint management
  • Experience handling backups, antivirus management, and system security .
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop environments .
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues remotely .
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills .
  • Ability to work independently in a remote support environment .

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments .
  • Knowledge of network troubleshooting, cloud services, and virtualization .
  • IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, or similar) are a plus.

  • Salary: USD 700โ€“750/month
  • Work Setup: Work from Home
  • Schedule: Full-Time | 9:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM EST (9:00 PM โ€“ 5:00 AM PH Time)
