We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Intake & Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. This role involves managing client intake processes, handling administrative paperwork, following up with leads and existing clients, and answering inbound phone calls.

The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, and comfortable communicating with clients in both English and Spanish. Social media experience is a plus.

  • Complete and process intake paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Follow up with leads and clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
  • Assist with social media tasks (posting, responding to messages, basic engagement) โ€“ preferred but not required

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (required)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Detail-oriented and reliable
  • Previous administrative or intake experience preferred
  • Social media experience is a plus
  • Candidate Preference: Female preferred
  • Experience in behavioral health
