About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for quoting new policies , expanding to new carriers , and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurance providers. You will play a key role in ensuring clients receive the best coverage options tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Quote and issue new insurance policies across multiple lines.
• Research and establish partnerships with new insurance carriers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, coverage options, and underwriting guidelines.
• Advise clients on suitable insurance plans based on their needs and financial situation.
• Negotiate terms and coverage with carriers to ensure competitive pricing and client satisfaction.
• Handle renewals, endorsements, and policy servicing efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and reliable service.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in an insurance firm or brokerage.
• Proven experience in quoting and policy management .
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and carrier networks .
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills .
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Insurance license (if applicable) is an advantage.
