About The Role

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to educate patients on available therapy services.
  • Verify insurance coverage through portals and phone calls, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Enter patient information into systems with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding while interacting with patients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Leverage communication and persuasive skills to promote therapy services effectively.
  • Utilize platforms such as ClickUp (CRM) and WebPT (EMR) to manage patient data and workflows.

  • Proven experience in healthcare coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with insurance portals, ClickUp, and WebPT or similar platforms.
  • Empathy and understanding when dealing with patients and their healthcare needs.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to explain and sell therapy services effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, patient intake, or therapy-related roles is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
