About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Healthcare Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in guiding them through our therapy services, managing insurance verification, and ensuring a seamless intake process.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to educate patients on available therapy services.
- Verify insurance coverage through portals and phone calls, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Enter patient information into systems with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding while interacting with patients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Leverage communication and persuasive skills to promote therapy services effectively.
- Utilize platforms such as ClickUp (CRM) and WebPT (EMR) to manage patient data and workflows.

- Proven experience in healthcare coordination or a similar role.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with insurance portals, ClickUp, and WebPT or similar platforms.
- Empathy and understanding when dealing with patients and their healthcare needs.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to explain and sell therapy services effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, patient intake, or therapy-related roles is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
