Floor Estimator

RemoteVA PH is seeking a skilled Floor Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performing takeoffs from drawing plans, specifically for flooring projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently with the Planswift software.

Key Responsibilities

• -Perform detailed takeoffs from drawing plans for flooring projects.
• -Utilize Planswift to ensure accurate measurements and estimates.
• -Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide precise estimates.
• -Collaborate with the team to ensure all estimates are completed on time and meet client specifications.
• -Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Requirements

• -Proven experience as a Floor Estimator, with a strong background in flooring estimates.
• -Proficiency in using Planswift software for takeoffs and estimates.
• -Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• -Strong communication skills in English.
• -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• -Familiarity with reading and interpreting construction plans and drawings.

• -Work full-time from 9 AM - 5 PM EST (9pm-5am PH Time)
• -Work from home

• Salary USD 650-700 Monthly
