Qualifications

  • Completed at least 2 years in College with no back subjects
  • Candidates must hold an active FINRA Series 6, 7, or 26 license
  • At least B1 level English proficiency
  • Must be willing to work onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule

Key Responsibilities

  • Handles inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to assist clients with their accounts, investment products, and transactions.
  • Adheres to financial industry laws and internal company policies, ensuring that all provided advice and information comply with FINRA and SEC standards.
  • Investigates and troubleshoot account issues, billing discrepancies, and complaints to reach timely resolutions.
  • Educates customers on various financial solutions, investment offerings, and account services while maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
