About The Role

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform email support to address customer queries and follow-ups
  • Promote products and services when appropriate to support sales and retention goals
  • Maintain high-quality customer interactions aligned with company standards
  • Document customer interactions and ensure proper case handling in the system

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of BPO/customer service experience
  • Senior High School graduate or at least 2nd-year college level
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven stable work history (longer tenure in previous roles preferred)
  • Experience in sales and retention is preferred
  • Background in insurance and/or healthcare is an advantage
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules
  • Amenable to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City with the possibility of a Hybrid work arrangement upon regularization
