About The Role
We are hiring for a Customer Service Representative to join a growing Logistics Account in McKinley, BGC Taguig, responsible for assisting customers with shipment-related inquiries, tracking deliveries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle concerns efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats related to logistics services
- Provide shipment tracking updates and delivery status information
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, dispatch, warehouse) to resolve issues
- Process orders, update records, and maintain accurate customer information
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and courteous service
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
Requirements
- At least a high school graduate
- Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience
- Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
- Amenable to work fully on-site in BGC Taguig
- Amenable to work on graveyard shift and shifting schedule
- Can start ASAP
