Required Educational Attainment
- At least 3 years in college (No back subjects).
- Preference: Allied Health Sciences or Medical-related courses.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of Team Lead experience in a BPO setting.
- Preference: Equivalent experience in an insurance or healthcare insurance account
Responsibilities
- SSales & Agency Management: Join us in recruiting, training, and guiding our financial consultants and agents. Help us craft effective sales strategies and keep an eye on how the team is doing with our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Claims & Underwriting Oversight: Play a key role in assessing medical and financial risks to decide on life and health policies. Manage the claims process to ensure payouts are accurate and made on time, within the set authority limits.
- Customer Experience (CX) & Operations: Support our in-patient and out-patient HMO services and handle any escalated service recovery or special VIP member requests with care. Make sure Letters of Authorization (LOA) are processed smoothly and efficiently.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure we’re always following internal policies, industry rules, and legal standards to the letter. Prepare and share performance and operational reports with senior management to keep everyone in the loop.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with medical institutions, doctors, network partners, and distribution channels to quickly resolve any discrepancies and keep things running smoothly.
