About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Entry to join our team. The primary purpose of this position is to support the Invoicing and Settlement team by taking ownership of administrative and process-driven tasks, allowing senior team members to focus on higher-value activities.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the broader settlement process and develop valuable industry knowledge over time. We are open to considering recent graduates and junior candidates who demonstrate strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and maintain data across internal systems and documentation.
  • Review, verify, and process documents in accordance with established procedures.
  • Check information for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Identify discrepancies, errors, or missing information and escalate as required.
  • Assist with administrative tasks that support invoicing and settlement activities.
  • Maintain organised records and documentation.
  • Follow established processes and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

The most important requirement for this role is exceptional attention to detail . This is non-negotiable. Success in this position depends on your ability to work accurately, identify inconsistencies, and ensure information is correct before it progresses through the settlement process.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field would be advantageous.
  • Relevant administrative or data entry experience is beneficial but not required.
