About The Role
We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused E-Commerce Customer Support Representative to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media
- Handle order concerns, refunds, returns, and delivery follow-ups
- Assist customers with product information and order tracking
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive buying experiences
- Help monitor reviews and customer feedback across platforms
 
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or e-commerce experience is preferred
- Familiarity with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or similar is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer and internet skills required
Nice to Have
- Experience using CRM or helpdesk tools
- Knowledge of online order fulfillment processes
- Social media customer support experience
