OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR
Qualifications
โ Male or Female
โ Graduate of Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or any related course
โ With at least 2โ3 years of supervisory experience in the restaurant or food service industry
โ Strong leadership and people management skills
โ Excellent communication and customer service skills
โ Knowledgeable in restaurant operations, inventory control, and staff scheduling
โ Can work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
โ Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Key Responsibilities: โข Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service execution โข Supervise and lead the restaurant team to achieve operational goals โข Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards โข Manage staff performance, attendance, and scheduling โข Handle customer concerns and ensure excellent dining experiences โข Prepare operational reports and implement process improvements
FRONT OF THE HOUSE TEAM LEADER
Qualifications
โ Male or Female
โ Graduate of Hospitality Management, HRM, Tourism, or any related course
โ With at least 1โ2 years of experience in the restaurant or food service industry
โ With supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage
โ Excellent customer service and communication skills
โ Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
โ Can work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
โ Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Key Responsibilities: โข Lead and supervise the Front of the House team โข Ensure excellent customer service and smooth restaurant operations โข Monitor staff performance, attendance, and compliance with company standards โข Assist in handling customer concerns and service recovery โข Maintain cleanliness, proper table setup, and overall dining area standards โข Coordinate with the kitchen and management team to ensure efficient operations
LINE COOK
Qualifications
- โ Male
- โ With experience as a Line Cook or in a related kitchen position is an advantage
- โ Knowledgeable in food preparation, cooking procedures, and kitchen sanitation
- โ Can work in a fast-paced environment
- โ Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- โ Hardworking, reliable, and team-oriented
SOUS CHEF
Qualifications
- โ Male or Female
- โ 25โ35 years old
- โ Graduate of any Culinary or Management-related course, or holder of an NC II Certificate
- โ With 2โ3 years of relevant work experience in a kitchen or food service environment
- โ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- โ Able to work in a fast-paced environment
