Qualifications

โœ” Male or Female

โœ” Graduate of Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or any related course

โœ” With at least 2โ€“3 years of supervisory experience in the restaurant or food service industry

โœ” Strong leadership and people management skills

โœ” Excellent communication and customer service skills

โœ” Knowledgeable in restaurant operations, inventory control, and staff scheduling

โœ” Can work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure

โœ” Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities: โ€ข Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service execution โ€ข Supervise and lead the restaurant team to achieve operational goals โ€ข Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards โ€ข Manage staff performance, attendance, and scheduling โ€ข Handle customer concerns and ensure excellent dining experiences โ€ข Prepare operational reports and implement process improvements

Qualifications

โœ” Male or Female

โœ” Graduate of Hospitality Management, HRM, Tourism, or any related course

โœ” With at least 1โ€“2 years of experience in the restaurant or food service industry

โœ” With supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage

โœ” Excellent customer service and communication skills

โœ” Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

โœ” Can work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure

โœ” Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities: โ€ข Lead and supervise the Front of the House team โ€ข Ensure excellent customer service and smooth restaurant operations โ€ข Monitor staff performance, attendance, and compliance with company standards โ€ข Assist in handling customer concerns and service recovery โ€ข Maintain cleanliness, proper table setup, and overall dining area standards โ€ข Coordinate with the kitchen and management team to ensure efficient operations

LINE COOK

Qualifications

  • โœ” Male
  • โœ” With experience as a Line Cook or in a related kitchen position is an advantage
  • โœ” Knowledgeable in food preparation, cooking procedures, and kitchen sanitation
  • โœ” Can work in a fast-paced environment
  • โœ” Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
  • โœ” Hardworking, reliable, and team-oriented

SOUS CHEF

Qualifications

  • โœ” Male or Female
  • โœ” 25โ€“35 years old
  • โœ” Graduate of any Culinary or Management-related course, or holder of an NC II Certificate
  • โœ” With 2โ€“3 years of relevant work experience in a kitchen or food service environment
  • โœ” Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • โœ” Able to work in a fast-paced environment
