✅ GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
✔ 20 years old and above
✔ At least High School Graduate

✔ Experience as Dishwasher, Kitchen Steward, Kitchen Staff, or Service Crew is an advantage but not required
✔ Responsible for dishwashing, kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and assisting kitchen operations
🧹 UTILITY CLERK
✔ Experience as Utility Staff, Janitor, Dishwasher, Housekeeping Staff, or Service Crew is preferred
✔ Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and assisting store operations
🛒 STORE ASSISTANT
✔ Experience in retail, warehouse, merchandising, or customer service is an advantage
✔ Responsible for stocking shelves, assisting customers, maintaining store cleanliness, inventory support, and store security procedures
🔧 MULTI-SKILLED TECHNICIAN (MST)
✔ Senior High School or Vocational Graduate
✔ At least 2 years experience in Building Maintenance
✔ Knowledge in Electrical, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, and General Building Maintenance
✔ NC II or related certification is an advantage
