Job Description

Responsible for providing HR support in recruitment, employee records management, attendance monitoring, payroll assistance, and employee relations. Ensures proper documentation, compliance with company policies, and smooth implementation of HR processes. Handles employee concerns, prepares HR reports, and assists in daily HR administrative tasks.

Responsible for ensuring workplace safety by implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, monitoring compliance with safety procedures, and promoting a safe working environment. Handles safety orientations, incident reporting, risk assessments, and assists in maintaining compliance with occupational safety standards.
