About The Role

#HIRING | Operations Staff - Government Business Unit
📍 Work Location: Quezon City
🏢 Work Setup: Onsite
🕒 Work Schedule: Dayshift, Monday to Friday

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare, compile, and manage complete documentation for government bids, tenders, and proposals in line with procurement requirements
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Accounting, Logistics, Sales, and other internal teams to gather and validate technical, financial, and administrative data
  • Ensure timely completion and submission of bid requirements within strict deadlines
  • Prepare contract, delivery, and post-award documentation for awarded projects
  • Maintain organized, complete, and auditable records of all bid-related documents and correspondence
  • Prepare operational, compliance, and performance reports related to government bidding activities
  • Monitor procurement advisories, bid bulletins, and regulatory updates affecting business operations

Government Coordination & Compliance

  • Coordinate with government agencies for bid submissions, clarifications, and compliance requirements
  • Represent the company in pre-bid conferences, bid openings, and related procurement activities when needed
  • Assist in processing permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements for awarded contracts
  • Support management in meetings, presentations, and other government-related engagements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
  • Strong skills in document preparation, compliance, and bid documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver outputs accurately and on time
  • Experience in government procurement, bidding, or compliance is an advantage
  • Strong coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Driver’s license is an advantage
