Qualifications

• ✅ Male or Female
• ✅ Graduate of BSHM or any related course
• ✅ With relevant work experience
• ✅ Physically fit and hardworking
• ✅ Can work with minimal supervision
• ✅ Trustworthy and with good moral character
• ✅ Willing to work on shifting schedules

Job Descriptions

• 🛏️ Room Attendant
• Clean, sanitize, and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Replace linens, towels, and room amenities.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost-and-found items.
• Ensure guest rooms are clean, organized, and welcoming.
• 🧹 Public Area Attendant
• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other public areas.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize assigned areas.
• Replenish supplies in public restrooms.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
• 🚚 Housekeeping Runner (HK Runner)
• Deliver linens, towels, guest supplies, and amenities to housekeeping staff.
• Assist in transporting housekeeping equipment and materials.
• Support housekeeping operations and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and linen rooms.
• 🧵 Uniform Attendant
• Issue, collect, and monitor staff uniforms.
• Perform basic sewing, alterations, and repairs on uniforms.
• Maintain uniform inventory and records.
• Ensure uniforms are clean, presentable, and available for staff use.
