Position: HR & Admin Assistant

  • Phil Eco Airtech Corp. is looking for a HR & Admin Assistant to join our team.
  • ๐Ÿ’ผ Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain financial records, reports, and company documents
  • Assist in posting job vacancies, sourcing applicants, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
  • Manage employee timekeeping, attendance, and related records
  • Handle administrative tasks, scheduling, filing, and company errands as required
  • Provide overall operational support to management

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR, administration, office coordination, recruitment, timekeeping, or related fields is an advantage
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes, applicant coordination, employee records, and timekeeping
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other office productivity tools
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and proactive
  • Willing to handle company errands when necessary
