Position: HR & Admin Assistant
- Phil Eco Airtech Corp. is looking for a HR & Admin Assistant to join our team.
- ๐ผ Key Responsibilities
- Maintain financial records, reports, and company documents
- Assist in posting job vacancies, sourcing applicants, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Manage employee timekeeping, attendance, and related records
- Handle administrative tasks, scheduling, filing, and company errands as required
- Provide overall operational support to management
Qualifications
- Experience in HR, administration, office coordination, recruitment, timekeeping, or related fields is an advantage
- Familiarity with recruitment processes, applicant coordination, employee records, and timekeeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other office productivity tools
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and proactive
- Willing to handle company errands when necessary
