Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily transport operations
• Dispatch and assign drivers based on operational requirements
• Arrange backup drivers when needed
• Monitor driver attendance, schedules, and deployment status
• Recruit, screen, and assist in onboarding new drivers
• Maintain and update driver databases
• Communicate schedules, route changes, and operational updates
• Coordinate with clients and management regarding transport requirements
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Address driver concerns and escalate issues when necessary
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transport regulations
• Assist with vehicle monitoring and maintenance scheduling
• Encode daily trip tickets
• Process TSR Fs for passenger approvals or changes
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by management

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School Graduate
• College-level education or a degree is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making calls and coordinating with drivers and applicants
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Willing to undergo training in San Juan City and be assigned in Makati
• Experience in transportation, logistics, dispatching, recruitment, or coordination is an advantage but not required
