🎯 Qualifications

✔ High School Graduate or College Level

✔ At least 1 year of Customer Service experience

(BPO experience is an advantage)

✔ Strong communication and coordination skills

✔ Customer-focused with a positive attitude

✔ Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications

✔ Good English communication skills

✔ Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and time management abilities
