About The Role

POSITION: INTERNAL AUDIT HEAD (DAVAO)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate of a four-year degree course in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or other relevant professional certification.
  • Strong understanding of internal audit principles, risk management, internal controls, and corporate governance.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in internal audit, external audit, or risk management functions.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role handling audit teams.
  • Experience in developing audit plans, conducting compliance audits, and reporting to senior management or audit committee.
  • Exposure to multi-department or multi-industry operations is an advantage.
  • WORK LOCATION: Duterte St., Davao City
  • WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday - 8:00AM - 5:00PM
  • Saturday - 8:00AM - 12:00PM

POSITION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy

Must be a Certified Public Accountant

Experience & Competencies

  • With at least five years’ experience in Feasibility Study preparation and with accounting background;
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution;
  • Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
  • Must be computer literate with mathematical, statistical and reporting skills with good interpersonal skills.
  • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
  • WORK LOCATION: Duterte St., Davao City
  • WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday - 8:00AM - 5:00PM
  • Saturday - 8:00AM - 12:00PM

POSITION: CONTROLLER

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Accountancy

Must be a CPA with related post graduate studies.

Experience

  • At least five years of experience in finance or accounting positions.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  • Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
  • Knowledge of national and local financial regulations.
  • WORK LOCATION: Duterte St., Davao City
  • WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday - 8:00AM - 5:00PM
  • Saturday - 8:00AM - 12:00PM

POSITION: FINANCE MANAGER

Job Description

The Finance Manager steers the financial direction of the business, and undertakes all strategic financial planning.

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Finance or Accountancy

Must be a CPA.

Experience

  • At least five years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position.
  • Occupied senior manager position of no less than 5 years;
  • Preferably w/ business acumen in real estate and construction industry;
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  • Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
  • Knowledge of national and local financial regulations.
  • WORK LOCATION: Duterte St., Davao City
  • WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday - 8:00AAM - 5:00PM
