⚫ High School Diploma or equivalent

⚫ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
⚫ Excellent negotiation and business relationship skills
⚫ Strong verbal and written communication skills
⚫ Strong interpersonal skills
⚫ Ability to assess product and service quality accurately
⚫ Knowledge in inventory monitoring and stock management
⚫ Proficient in record-keeping and report preparation
⚫ Experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management is an advantage
⚫ Must know how to drive a motorcycle and/or car and possess a valid Driver's License

⚫ Order products and supplies while evaluating vendors based on price and quality standards
⚫ Research products, suppliers, and services to secure the best value for the company
⚫ Coordinate with suppliers, delivery personnel, and warehouse teams to ensure timely receipt of goods
⚫ Monitor inventory levels and prepare replenishment orders as needed
⚫ Inspect purchased items upon delivery and report discrepancies or quality issues promptly
⚫ Maintain and update records of purchased products and supplier transactions
⚫ Prepare purchase reports and conduct cost analyses
⚫ Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
⚫ Source and recommend new suppliers to improve quality and cost efficiency
⚫ Ensure stocks are available at the appropriate time and maintained in optimal condition
⚫ Verify the accuracy and quality of deliveries before acceptance
⚫ Follow up on incomplete deliveries and coordinate expected delivery schedules
⚫ Ensure proper storage and stock rotation practices (FIFO)
⚫ Maintain a safe, organized, and sanitary storage environment
⚫ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
