• Rainbow Baking Factory is looking for a highly motivated, results-driven, and experienced Store Manager to lead our growing bakery operations in Cebu City.
• We are seeking a strong leader with excellent management skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth business flow
• Lead, supervise, and motivate store staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and product availability
• Achieve sales targets and improve store performance
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and operational standards
• Prepare reports and coordinate with management regarding store performance
• Implement company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field is an advantage
• Proven experience as a Store Manager, Operations Manager, or in a similar leadership role
• Applicants with bakery, food, or retail industry experience are highly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Results-oriented with strong business acumen
