✨ Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations, student records, and department documentation.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for student welfare, inquiries, and administrative concerns.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating school events, campus activities, and community outreach programs.
• Maintain accurate files and handle sensitive institutional information with strict confidentiality.

💼 Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, or any related field.
• 🎓 A degree in Social Work or being a Registered Social Worker (RSW) is a major plus!
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathetic, patient, and excellent at handling interpersonal relationships (handling student or faculty concerns).
• Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace.
• Fresh graduates with strong leadership or student council backgrounds are welcome to apply!
