About The Role

  • Creating succession templates for the 2026 cascade.
  • Developing competency behavioral indicators for Universal Competencies to align with the Technical Competency model.
  • Preparing HATS team charts.
  • Developing and updating collateral for Performance Management Advocacy.
  • Managing IDP Analytics for the 2025 PAR.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of project management, stakeholder management, and data analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.

Onboarding Requirements

  • Officially enrolled in a university
  • At least on its penultimate year
  • Enrolled in an internship subject
  • With good scholastic records duly endorsed by the school
  • Able to pass the pre-internship requirements

Required hours: 240 or up
