About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager / Product Researcher to join our team. This role requires a keen eye for trends, a passion for social media, and a knack for discovering and promoting products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence across multiple platforms, creating engaging content, and conducting in-depth product research.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand's vision and goals.
  • Create and curate high-quality content, including text, images, and videos, for various social media platforms.
  • Manage and maintain our social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Engage with our audience through comments, direct messages, and other social media interactions.
  • Monitor social media analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and industry best practices.

Product Research

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify trending products and potential affiliate opportunities.
  • Utilize tools like Google Trends, Jungle Scout, and Keepa to analyze market trends and product demand.
  • Evaluate product quality, pricing, and customer reviews to determine their suitability for promotion.
  • Stay informed about affiliate marketing guidelines and compliance regulations.
  • Manage affiliate links using tools like Linktree and Pretty Links.

Content Creation and Engagement

  • Utilize design tools like Canva Pro and video editing software (InShot or CapCut) to create visually appealing content.
  • Employ keyword research tools like AnswerThePublic and BuzzSumo to optimize content for search engines and social media.
  • Engage with our audience through comments, direct messages, and other social media interactions.
  • Monitor social media analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Leverage Google Data Studio and Sprout Social to create comprehensive reports on social media performance.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Share insights and recommendations with the team to optimize future strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
  • Proficiency in using social media scheduling and management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Tailwind).
  • Excellent content creation and writing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing and compliance regulations.
  • Familiarity with design tools (Canva Pro) and video editing software (InShot or CapCut).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A passion for social media and a keen eye for trends.
