Social Media Account Manager/Marketer

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Accounts Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media marketing best practices and a proven track record of success in managing and growing social media channels. This role requires a data-driven approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Create engaging and high-quality content, including text, images, and videos
• Manage social media campaigns, including paid advertising and influencer marketing
• Monitor social media conversations and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices
• Collaborate with other marketing and sales teams to achieve business goals
• Manage social media budgets and resources effectively

Requirements

• Years of experience in social media marketing
• Proven experience in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
• Experience with sales intelligence platforms (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for social media and a strong understanding of social media trends
