About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Leasing and Social Media Coordinator. This dual role combines apartment leasing coordination and social media management for our real estate business.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants.
- Schedule apartment showings and follow up with tenants to ensure smooth scheduling and communication.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Social Media Management
- Manage and update social media accounts with relevant real estate content (photos, videos, listings, etc.).
- Create engaging posts to attract potential tenants and grow our online presence.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments or inquiries.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent English accent for clear and professional communication.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic computer programs (Google Docs, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Comfortable working remotely and handling tasks independently.
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
- Prior experience in real estate leasing or property management is a bonus but not required.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
