HR Associate

Hello! We are looking for HR Associate for our Wind Farm Project in Real Quezon and Paete Laguna.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Provide day-to-day administrative support to HR Business Partners in implementing HR guidelines, policies, and processes while assisting managers and employees with HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring the consistent and effective delivery of HR services across the organization.
2. Perform accurate and timely data entry and maintenance of employee records in HR trackers and systems, ensuring the proper documentation, organization, and filing of employee information while maintaining strict confidentiality and data integrity at all times.
3. Generate HR reports and dashboards to support informed decision-making, and prepare presentations, summaries, and analyses of HR data, metrics, and insights to provide stakeholders with accurate and actionable information.
4. Support onboarding activities by preparing employment documents, coordinating new hire requirements, and managing orientation logistics, while facilitating offboarding processes through clearance coordination, documentation management, and the completion of exit requirements to ensure a smooth and compliant employee transition.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 3–5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with exposure to various HR functions and employee lifecycle processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to create reports, presentations, and data analyses.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential employee information.
• Willing to work in Paete, Laguna.
