• What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment delivery, resourcing, or support within technical roles is required
• Experience with technology recruitment or IT
• Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, JobAdder, Google Suite is preferred
• Confident conducting candidate screening interviews
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
• Comfortable working remotely with daily task visibility
• What will you do?
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Seek, and other platforms
• Write and post job advertisements based on briefed role requirements
• Conduct structured phone/video screening interviews with candidates
• Prepare candidate shortlists and written summaries
• Format CVs to company template and ensure presentation consistency
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate availability
• Confirm interviews and provide logistics support to candidates
• Maintain ATS/CRM (e.g. JobAdder) and recruitment trackers
• Assist with reference checks and communication drafting as needed
