About The Role
RemoteVA PH is seeking a Software Technician – AppSheet Support to provide technical assistance for AppSheet development and integration. The ideal candidate will have experience working with AppSheet and Google Sheets , troubleshooting issues, and optimizing applications to enhance functionality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for AppSheet applications, including troubleshooting and debugging.
- Assist clients in designing, developing, and optimizing low-code solutions using AppSheet.
- Ensure proper integration of Google Sheets and other data sources with AppSheet.
- Identify and resolve formula errors, automation issues, and performance bottlenecks.
- Guide users on best practices for structuring data and building scalable applications.
- Document troubleshooting steps, FAQs, and AppSheet best practices.
- Stay updated on AppSheet and Google Workspace enhancements to improve development processes.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in AppSheet development or technical support.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AppSheet and Google Sheets .
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with data structures, automation, and workflow optimization.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills for client support.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Apps Script or other automation tools.
- Knowledge of APIs and integrations with third-party platforms.
Working Schedule
- -Work full-time from 9 AM - 5 PM EST. (9pm-5am PH Time)
- -Work from home
- Salary USD 700 Monthly
