About The Role

The Customer Relations Assistant is responsible for the processing of New Accounts and other related services following bank regulations / implementing guidelines, control procedures as well as BSP circulars related to all phases of new accounts operations. The CRA reports directly to the Channel Manager and helps in cross-selling bank products and services to help achieve the branch’s Key Business Targets.
