About The Role

  • 1.协助优化短视频平台内容，参与文案润色、标题打磨及脚本策划，设计直播间基础物料。
  • 2.协助维护电商平台店铺，参与商品上下架、库存核对及日常运营。
  • 3.收集并整理运营数据（阅读量、转化率等），利用Excel进行基础统计与复盘，协助制作周报/月报。
  • 4.配合电商大促或直播活动的策划，参与素材收集与活动落地支持。
  • 5.完成上级安排的其他工作。
  • 1.招聘对象：2027届本科及以上学历，新闻学、传播学、汉语言文学、广告学等相关专业优先。
  • 2.熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT，会使用Canva、基础PS或剪映者优先。
  • 3.熟悉主流新媒体平台规则与用户偏好，有个人账号运营或电商实习经历者优先。
  • 4.具备良好的文字表达与执行能力，对数据敏感度高。
  • 5.可稳定实习3-6个月及以上者优先。
