About The Role

  • Oversee daily business operations and departmental workflows
  • Coordinate, supervise, and delegate tasks to department heads and staff
  • Monitor operational performance and ensure company targets and objectives are achieved
  • Suggest Improvements on our systems, processes, controls, and operational efficiency across all departments
  • Assist management in planning, strategy development, and business decision-making
  • Ensure the timely completion of projects, deliveries, customer requirements, and internal objectives
  • Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations for improvements, updates, and business growth initiatives
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination among all departments
  • Evaluate employee and departmental performance, identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement action plans to increase productivity, accountability, and operational efficiency
  • Conduct regular operational reviews and recommend process improvements, staffing adjustments, training programs, and performance development initiatives
  • Establish, monitor, and enforce departmental KPIs and company standards
  • Identify operational issues, root causes, and bottlenecks, and implement practical solutions
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained throughout the organization
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration & Management
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Operations Management, Business Management, Retail Operations
  • Strong leadership, organizational, delegation, and people-management skills
  • Proven experience in retail operations and customer service management
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Strong personality with the confidence to identify issues, enforce accountability, and recommend corrective actions
  • Ability to identify operational gaps and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
