About The Role

As a  Team Manager – Insurance , you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring quality service delivery and operational excellence for our insurance claims support program.

What You’ll Do

  • Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand their needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations
  • Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis and/or keen observations that would impact the bottom line
  • Identify the training needs that will equip the staff with fundamental skills and knowledge
  • Have a thorough understanding of the Short-Term, Long-Term, FMLA, and State Leave process related to Disability product and associated and medical terminologies, various system tools and operational procedures utilized within the program
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on a regular basis for changes in promotions and updates
  • Conduct all defined and required process compliance and adherence to all team members, partners and third-party providers 

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in any course (preferred but not required).
  • 2+ years ' experience as a team manager. (Required)
  • Relevant experience in  Healthcare and Other Insurance  (preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive improvements.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in team management and problem resolution.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in a professional setting
  • Proficiency in  MS Office applications
  • willing to work  onsite in Taguig
