Team Manager - Insurance for Taguig (Pooling)

About The Role
As a  Team Manager – Insurance , you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring quality service delivery and operational excellence for our insurance claims support program.
What You’ll Do
- Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand their needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations
- Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis and/or keen observations that would impact the bottom line
- Identify the training needs that will equip the staff with fundamental skills and knowledge
- Have a thorough understanding of the Short-Term, Long-Term, FMLA, and State Leave process related to Disability product and associated and medical terminologies, various system tools and operational procedures utilized within the program
- Collaborate with stakeholders on a regular basis for changes in promotions and updates
- Conduct all defined and required process compliance and adherence to all team members, partners and third-party providers 
 
- Bachelor's Degree in any course (preferred but not required).
- 2+ years ' experience as a team manager. (Required)
- Relevant experience in  Healthcare and Other Insurance  (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive improvements.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in team management and problem resolution.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in a professional setting
- Proficiency in  MS Office applications
- willing to work  onsite in Taguig
