Senior Finance & Accounting Manager

The Accounting / Finance Support role will provide financial and operational support during the company’s early growth phase and help build scalable finance processes as the business grows. The role will initially focus on foundational accounting tasks and financial reporting, with the opportunity to evolve into a broader finance operations role as transaction volumes increase.

Stage 1 – Early Growth Phase (Pre-Booking Engine)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general finance and accounting support to the business.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial reporting.
• Track and reconcile company expenses, including operational costs and salaries.
• Support month-end processes and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure strong financial hygiene.
• Assist in documenting and implementing core finance processes and controls.
• Work closely with founders and external financial advisors.

Stage 2 – Booking Engine Launch & Scale

Key Responsibilities

• Transition into a broader finance operations role within a growing finance team.
• Support high-volume transaction processing and reconciliations.
• Assist with cash management, multi-currency transactions, and FX considerations.
• Help manage customer balances, travel credits, and deferred revenue.
• Contribute to building scalable financial systems, processes, and reporting frameworks.
