Job Summary: This position will manage special accounts in accordance to bank policies, guidelines & regulatory requirements to ensure quality service for all customers while maintaining asset quality.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to internal/external stakeholders’ queries related to Special Accounts Management.
  2. Ensure compliance on provided legislations, industry codes, corporate governance policies and bank policies/procedures in handling special account management.
  3. Perform timely monitoring of special accounts, including monitoring overdue accounts and collection efforts.
  4. Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement necessary actions within the team scope to enhance operational efficiency.
  5. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required by management.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree holder in any field or equivalent work experience.
  2. Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in banking operations preferably in Corporate/Special Accounts.
  3. Experience in project management will be an advantage.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with colleagues, supervisors and external parties.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  6. Proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel.
  7. Self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
  8. Demonstrates integrity, honesty and professionalism at all times.
  9. Flexible to work on shifting schedule.
