Job Summary: This position will manage special accounts in accordance to bank policies, guidelines & regulatory requirements to ensure quality service for all customers while maintaining asset quality.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to internal/external stakeholders’ queries related to Special Accounts Management.
- Ensure compliance on provided legislations, industry codes, corporate governance policies and bank policies/procedures in handling special account management.
- Perform timely monitoring of special accounts, including monitoring overdue accounts and collection efforts.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement necessary actions within the team scope to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required by management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder in any field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in banking operations preferably in Corporate/Special Accounts.
- Experience in project management will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with colleagues, supervisors and external parties.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel.
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
- Demonstrates integrity, honesty and professionalism at all times.
- Flexible to work on shifting schedule.
