Administer end-to-end Bancassurance Incentive and Rewards programs and proactive participation in the implementation, monitoring and review of sales promos in support of the Channel’s overall strategic initiatives. Lead in team meetings and foster collaboration among different stakeholders and across departments to achieve and exceed Sales’ quarterly and yearly targets.

Monitor new and innovative initiatives on Incentives and Rewards programs with the aim on continuous improvement and growth based on sales requirements and Bancassurance Working Committee’s direction.

Lead the planning, development, and execution of large-and-small scale Bancassurance events, recognition programs and sales campaigns that drive sales and support overall business objectives.

Provide support in the execution of communication materials, ensuring alignment with business priorities, governance standards, and the overall Bancassurance engagement strategy. Promo and Events Management BAUs and Stakeholder Management

  • Support the PEIC Lead in the design and implementation of sales promotions by reviewing promo parameters, preparing mechanics and contest papers, and ensuring all campaigns are aligned with the direction and objectives of the Bancassurance Working Committee (BWC).
  • Review and release of incentives and rewards program reports to FWD Banca and SBC referrers, coordination with different stakeholders such as MIS, SBC Banca Team, FWD Area Sales Heads, Regional Sales Directors, Finance Team and Senior Leadership team to ensure incentives deliverables are executed on time.
  • Organization of events and trip incentive, ensuring alignment with brand tone and campaign objectives.
  • Achievement of financial deliverables via cost savings from events and incentives.
  • Other PEIC BAUs suck as Rewards Fulfillment, Compliance and Approvals, Budget Management, Cross-functional coordination, Communication and Alignment, Feedback and Engagement.

Operational Support

  • Provide administrative and coordination support in implementing strategies set by the manager and business leaders.
  • Gather data, preparing materials, and coordinating activities that contribute to the execution of Banca's business plans
  • Lead in the rollout of new incentive models, tools, or processes developed by the team.
  • Monitor feedback, prepare reports
