Main responsibilities
- Act as the primary administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS) and associated learning technologies
- Manage LMS system configuration, user access, uploads, troubleshooting
- Partner with multiple teams within the HR department and the external LMS provider to support system performance and user experience
- Support the implementation of new learning technologies, digital tools and key learning initiatives
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports on learning activity, compliance, and impact
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy, governance, and reporting consistency, through proactive data auditing
- Develop dashboards and visual reporting to meet a variety of stakeholder requirements
- Coordinate the administration of global and regional learning programmes including management of attendee enrolments, communications, scheduling, and logistics (virtual and in-person)
- Ensure a seamless learner experience across all programmes
- Maintain learning calendars and programme documentation. Create and format learning materials, guides, and resources
- Support the design and development of digital learning solutions using collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft 365, CoPilot, Teams, and other authoring tools)
- Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of appropriate aspects of the learning and development
- Supporting the shift toward modern, scalable, and self-directed learning
Experience needed for this role
- Proven experience in L&D, HR operations, or learning administration role
- Strong technical aptitude with experience managing LMS platforms that includes Workday or similar LMS systems
- Confidence with reporting and data analysis (Excel, dashboards, or similar tools)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and process discipline
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced, global environment
- A proactive, curious mindset with a desire to learn, grow and adapt
